It drives very good, no mechanical or electrical problems, everything works and has cold AC. Exterior body looks GREAT with almost no imperfections visible.
Interior looks very nice also. It does not have damages, was not smoked in and only minimal wear is visible. This I3 is very clean inside and out as you can see from all the pictures and was very well cared for. All 4 tires are good and the brakes perform as they should.
The rear-wheel-drive BMW i3 is powered by a 170-horsepower electric motor paired with a single-speed transmission. Acceleration is especially quick from a stop, and there's plenty of power for daily driving. The i3 delivers nimble handling on even the twistiest roads.
The i3 REx is rated at 72 miles range on electric power alone (plenty for most daily city commutes); and with the extender running, the range roughly doubles to about 150 miles of range.
The 34-hp, 0.6-liter two-cylinder engine spins to life only when the lithium-ion battery runs very low. The range extender is a two-cylinder gasoline engine that fires up when the battery pack's charge drops below 5 percent to generate enough electricity to keep the i3 rolling. Charging the car with a 240-volt outlet takes up to 4 hours.
