The C240 is an excellently crafted vehicle. It is very safe; 6 airbags, ESP- electronic stability program, ABS and BrakeAssist. It has a quite powerful 2.6L V6 engine, good for 168 hp and 177 pound-feet of torque, allowing a 0 to 60 mph in 7.9 seconds.
The 5-speed automatic with Touch Shift is amazingly competent, with little compromise between the convenience of an automatic and the quickness of manual shift. Very good gas mileage : 20 m/pg City and 27 m/pg Hwy.
